We looked forward to meeting them at the conference and were delighted when they said they would be interested in joining us on Sunday morning – once the weekend activities were over – for one final get together that included breakfast and a walk through Central Park.
The name of our event?
I Left My Buns in New York City!!
We created the “fabulous” t-shirts above in preparation for some fun and exercise. On Sunday morning, more than 25 wonderful women showed up to our pre-walk breakfast.

We had a great time making introductions and chatting before heading outside. We also snacked on some favorites: EdgeOn Crisps, PB&J with SB&G, as well as our Sweet-N-Crunchy Flatout wrap.
Before long, 20 of us headed out into the city toward Central Park. We went on a 2-mile loop and passed beautiful green trees, fellow exercisers and miles of pathways all around us.
It was a gorgeous escape from the tall skyscrapers, which peeked out from above the trees on occasion.
The time passed by quickly as bloggers chatted with each other, with our team and with Flatout co-founder Stacey Marsh. Conversations about the conference, social media and life as moms, wives and young working women were everywhere! It was a truly “Flatout Fabulous” experience.
At the end of our journey, we felt refreshed and had to take a team photo.
