Healthy Back-to-School Lunch Options: CPB Sweet + Crunchy Wrap
This week we’re talking…CHOCOLATE. Yes, I’m actually suggesting that you send your child to school with a healthy chocolate wrap.
What? You don’t believe that is it healthy?
Oh contraire!
I’ve taken my inspiration from the PB&J with SB&G recipe. It is my favorite Flatout wrap of all time. Truly. I eat it breakfast, lunch and dinner.
So this week I present my own twist on that recipe incorporating chocolate, peanut butter, granola & bananas. The secret to making this healthy? Avocado puree in the chocolate!
A note to parents: Kids are more likely to eat this recipe if they don’t know that you snuck something healthy in there. Make this one in secret!
A big thank you to my guest chefs – Lily and Evie! Who better to dream up healthy school recipes then school children themselves?

We’d love to hear your fresh perspective!
- Do you usually include a dessert or treat item in your kid’s lunch?

Yumm! My son would absolutly love this.
The clip with Lily and Evie was adorable.
Thanks! Weren’t they just all cute and giggly? And let me tell you, that recipe is way yummier than I expected. Meaning: I ate it all and shared none of it. I’m not even ashamed.
NO WAY? That is awesome! Who would have thought avocados would be so darn good in chocolate!?
Those sound awesome!!
mmm chocolate. I would have NEVER thought of putting avocado in it!
