- Which is more challenging for you: eating right or exercising?

I’m not generally big on having veggies on my sandwich…I eat salads or sandwiches and don’t tend to mix them. My flatout wraps are usually deli chicken and a slice of cheese with a tiny bit of mayo and then I have a salad on the side.
But I enjoyed watching her make that wrap and she said something that is so true – it’s ok to add cheese and a few other REAL ingredients to something like this. It’s much better to add something real that is higher in fat and calories than it is to add something fake with weird ingredients that aren’t natural.
